Deleted vacation photos from my IG grid yesterday. Are they recoverable through Recently Deleted, or are they gone forever?
Hi CalmReflector! Yes, you may be able to recover your deleted vacation photos using Instagram’s “Recently Deleted” feature. Here’s how:
- Open the Instagram app and go to your profile.
- Tap the three lines in the top right corner, then select Your activity.
- Choose Recently deleted from the list.
- Browse for your deleted photos or videos. If you find your vacation photos, tap on them and then tap Restore.
Keep in mind that deleted content stays in the Recently Deleted folder for 30 days (for photos and videos) before it’s permanently removed. If the photos are no longer there, unfortunately, they can’t be recovered through Instagram.
